X-Statix Presents: Dead Girl #2 (originally published on February 15, 2006)
Writer: Peter Milligan Colorist: Laura Allred Penciller: Mike Allred Letterer: Cory PetitIt’s been a while since the girls were around a real, live flesh and blood man as good-looking as Doctor Strange. They’re a little excited.
Dead Girl and Dr. Strange are on a recruiting drive. They’re going to the Lower Depths, after ‘condemned types’ as Dead Girl describes them. They want the Dead Sisters to join them, as well as several dead superheroes. Like Ant-Man.
Dr. Strange agrees to tell them the Dead Sisters about the Secret of how some heroes, like Colossus, come back from the dead.
Stephen, pls.
Dem wizard robes are causing a very sexy problem.
This is the book that got me into Nick Dragotta’s work. Allred inking over him was fantastic, too.
